ScoutIndex is a free, informational NFL statistics reference. It is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any guarantee of uptime, completeness, or accuracy.

Data accuracy & no wagering reliance

Statistics are derived from public datasets (primarily nflverse) and from our own calculations, and may contain errors, omissions, or delays. The ScoutIndex Rating is a model output, not fact. Do not rely on this site for betting, daily-fantasy, or other wagering decisions, or for any purpose where an error could cause you loss. Verify anything important against an official source.

No NFL affiliation

ScoutIndex is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Football League, its teams, or its players' association. Team names, logos, and marks are the property of their respective owners and are referenced for identification only.

Intellectual property

Underlying factual statistics are not owned by us. The compilation, organization, written content, the ScoutIndex Rating methodology and its outputs, and the site's design and code are ours or our licensors'.

Acceptable use

• Personal, non-commercial browsing is welcome.
• No scraping, crawling, bulk downloading, or automated access beyond what a normal browser does; no attempts to reconstruct our database.
• No reselling, redistributing, or building a competing dataset from the Service.
• No attempts to disrupt, overload, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Need data at scale? The underlying source (nflverse, MIT-licensed) is public — use that.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ScoutIndex and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to USD 100.

Changes & governing law

We may modify the Service or these terms at any time; continued use means you accept the change. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
